Wildly inconsistent. Needs careful scrubbing for consistency and to make the padding around the various icons look right. As discussed on a conf. call a while back.
Attached is example of two buttons right next to each other where the vertical alignment of the text is different.!

Yeah I re-aligned buttons all over the place, including in all of the /config pages, and all the apps. They were checked in to master during the last release cycle. The Shutdown/Restart Cancel/Immediately buttons were part of that. Looks like did not get those right yet. I will try again.
