idk 65e43abe02 Remove a whole bunch of redundant code related to forcing a contextual identity to it's own function. Only Snark(Due to X-I2P-Torrentlocation) needs it's own isolator now, everybody else can use the same one. Makes it easier to add new contexts.

To enable toopie.html, the built in I2P monitoring system in this webextension, go to the Web App Configuration page in the I2P Router and start I2PControl. Click the "Start" button next to the menu item that says jsonrpc.
