- Big refactor of several classes for concurrent,
elimination of several locks
- Reduce max number of resent acks in a packet to
lower overhead
- Take incoming messages from the head of the queue,
not sure why taking them from the tail "reduces latency"
- Java 5 cleanup
Prerequisites to build from source: Java SDK (preferably Sun) 1.5.0 or higher (1.6 recommended) Apache Ant 1.7.0 or higher Optional, For multilanguage support: The xgettext, msgfmt, and msgmerge tools installed from the GNU gettext package http://www.gnu.org/software/gettext/ To build: ant pkg Run 'ant' with no arguments to see other build options.
